Hypopressives
Breathe in, Breathe out.
Hypopressives, or low pressure fitness, is a breathing and postural technique, developed in Europe during the 1980's. It is a unique way of training the core and postural muscles of the body, for those who struggle with low back pain, sciatica, disc injuries, hernias or symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction (such as urinary incontinence).
Not only is this low pressure breathing technique a great rehab tool, it produces effective core function and bracing which can increase your ability to do strength based activities such as weightlifting.
Decreasing pain, correcting movement, and increasing power & performance.
