Interested in learning hypopressives? This workshop is a great introduction or refresher of what the technique is. You will learn some of the basic postures and come away with a good understanding of how to train your core in it's true function! Ideal for postpartum women, or anyone who struggles with incontinence with activity (like weight lifting, running or jumping), prolapse symptoms, hernias, or low back pain.
